Holbrook Legal Research and Consulting (HLRC) was created with the best interest of the clients of attorneys and small law firms in mind. HLRC works closely with licensed attorneys and law firms to conduct research that would not ordinarily be conducted due to staff limitations.

HLRC is your paralegal for hire. Instead of paying the full-time salary of a paralegal/law clerk, an attorney and/or a law firm can pay for the hourly rate on a case-by-case basis. Law firms and attorneys will find HLRC convenient and effective to help them assist the needs of their office and clients.

Criminal law attorneys who handle court-assigned cases should confirm with their State's Indigent Defense that paralegal services can be paid from the defense fund and then contact HLRC to assist them.
